Nope! Just leave your bins out for council collection as usual, or leave them on your property somewhere easily visible from the road. We’ll arrive the next day and clean them right at the kerbside. You don't need to be home, and you don't need to lift a finger.
Rain or shine, we blast! We work through most weather, but if it gets properly wild (gale-force winds, flooding) safety comes first. If we have to postpone your clean, we'll email you straight away.
No harsh or toxic chemicals. High-pressure water at 90°C kills the bacteria and shifts the grime, then we finish with an eco-safe, marine-friendly degreaser and deodoriser.
Straight into our truck's onboard wastewater tank - never down your driveway, drain, or onto the street. Once our day is done, we dispose of it responsibly at a council-approved treatment facility.
Yes. Payments run through Stripe, the same processor behind millions of online businesses, and we never see or store your card details. Your first payment is processed the day you sign up, and subscription payments are charged on your scheduled cleaning days after that.
Yes, any time. No lock-in contracts and no cancellation fees. Use the "Manage or cancel your plan" link in your booking confirmation email, or email wash@binblast.co.nz. Please allow 5 working days for processing.
You can, for up to 4 weeks every year. To freeze your service while you're away, email wash@binblast.co.nz with your dates.
