Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the cleaning services provided by Binvestments Ltd T/A BIN BLAST, a mobile wheelie bin cleaning and power washing service for residential and commercial properties. By submitting a Request for Service, you (“Customer”) confirm your acceptance of these Terms.
Services
BIN BLAST offers scheduled mobile cleaning services for wheelie bins, as well as power washing services. This service is available for both residential and commercial properties.
Customer Responsibilities
Same Day Service: Customers must place their bins kurbside on the designated bin collection day. Bins should remain kerbside until 7 PM to be cleaned. If bins cannot be left curbside, they should be placed on an accessible part of the property. If your bin is not cleaned on your designated collection day, BIN BLAST will clean the bin on the following day. Cleanliness and Preparation: Bins must be empty with any remaining waste bagged. Bins with unbagged waste cannot be cleaned.
Sticker Identification: Stickers will be placed on bins during the first service visit and should not be removed or transferred to other bins.Gated Community Access: Customers in gated communities must provide gate codes or ensure that BIN BLAST has access through the community’s guard house on the scheduled service date.
BIN BLAST Responsibilities
If BIN BLAST is unable to provide scheduled services due to reasons beyond the Customer’s control, such as inclement weather or equipment failure, the service will be rescheduled for the next possible visit. Customers will be notified of the new visit time and date.
Charges and Payments
Automatic Payments: Charges for recurring services are automatically processed monthly or quarterly in accordance with the date of first purchase. BIN BLAST will charge the Customer’s debit or credit card on file.
Declined Payments: In case of declined payments, BIN BLAST will attempt to contact the Customer for a new payment method. Services will be suspended until payment is resolved.
Cancellation of Service
Services may be cancelled at any time via the Customer’s online account or by sending an email to wash@binblast.co.nz. Cancellations must be received prior to the next billing cycle to avoid charges. Services will continue through the end of the current billing cycle following a processed payment.
Modifications to Terms
BIN BLAST reserves the right to modify these terms and introduce new charges. Customers will be notified by email of any significant changes. Continued use of services following such notifications will constitute acceptance of the new terms.
